Definition of Terms Used in the Privacy Policy

"Service": the Service and all of its content.
"Publisher" or "We": Harvey Ross, the legal or natural person responsible for the publication and content of the Service.

"User" or "You": the internet user visiting and using the Service.

Article 1 – Introduction and Purpose of the Privacy Policy

This policy informs you about the Service’s commitments regarding your privacy and the protection of personal data collected and processed during your use of the Service. By registering, you agree to provide truthful information. False information is contrary to the Service’s terms.

This privacy policy may be updated at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, or technological changes. The latest update date will be clearly indicated. Article 2 – Data Collected on the Site

Data collected are those you voluntarily provide by filling out forms. Certain operations may involve third-party partners (e.g., payments), and we do not access these data. Please review their policies before providing personal information.

Your IP address is automatically collected. The Service may use cookies, which you can disable in your browser settings.

You can generally visit https://harveyross-uk.co/ without providing personal information. Refusing may limit access to certain services.

Aggregated data may be collected for statistical purposes and do not identify you personally.

The Service uses Google Analytics to improve content and services. Google Analytics does not track your activity on third-party sites and does not collect sensitive personal data.

Registered Users’ contact details are kept in compliance with the French Data Protection Act. Users can access, withdraw, modify, or correct their data by contacting contact@harveyross-care.com

Collecting personal data by the Publisher does not require a CNIL declaration.

Article 3 – Data Controller

Article 4 – Purpose of Collected Data

Mandatory data in forms are required to use Service features. The Service may process data to:

  • Provide subscribed information or services, including newsletters and retargeting campaigns (Facebook, Snapchat, Google).

  • Improve the Service, products, and features (including via cookies).

  • Contact you about promotions, new products, contests, news, or advice.

Article 5 – Recipients and Use of Collected Data

Data are processed for Service content operations. Emails may be sent for newsletters, which can be unsubscribed from via contact@harveyross-care.com or email links.

Only Harvey Ross and its subcontractors receive your data. Data are never sold. Third-party providers must guarantee data security.

SMS Marketing and Notifications: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive up to three SMS per month, including marketing offers and cart reminders. Consent is not a purchase condition. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Messaging/data fees may apply.

Automated SMS Marketing Consent: I agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Messaging/data fees may apply.

Article 6 – Legal Basis for Data Processing

Under GDPR, Harvey Ross processes personal data only:

  • With your consent;

  • To fulfill a contract with you;

  • To comply with legal obligations.

Article 7 – Data Security

Data may be disclosed to comply with law, regulation, or court/administrative decisions or to protect the Publisher’s rights.

Security measures prevent loss, misuse, modification, disclosure, or unauthorized access. Access is secured and documented.

Article 8 – Data Retention

Data are hosted by the Service provider and retained only as necessary, not exceeding 24 months. Afterward, data are kept for statistical purposes only.

Article 9 – Authorized Service Providers and Transfers Outside the EU

Harvey Ross uses authorized service providers, which may be outside the EU. Adequate safeguards are implemented (Binding Corporate Rules, Standard Contractual Clauses, Privacy Shield) to ensure data protection.

  • Right of access: obtain a copy of your data (identity verification required).

  • Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Right to data portability: receive your data in a common format.

  • Right to object: object to processing, especially for marketing, under certain conditions.

Requests are generally processed within one month; complex cases may take longer. No fees apply unless requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive.
