Definition of Terms Used in the Privacy Policy

Article 2 – Data Collected on the Site

Only Harvey Ross and its subcontractors receive your data. Data are never sold. Third-party providers must guarantee data security.
SMS Marketing and Notifications: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive up to three SMS per month, including marketing offers and cart reminders. Consent is not a purchase condition. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Messaging/data fees may apply.
Automated SMS Marketing Consent: I agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Messaging/data fees may apply.
Article 6 – Legal Basis for Data Processing
Under GDPR, Harvey Ross processes personal data only:
